What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, restaurant name, city, phone number and, if you choose to provide them, your WeChat ID, email address, preferred contact method, the cuisines you are interested in, your enquiry type and your message. This website has no user accounts and does not take orders.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to send you our product catalogue and quotes. Without your consent we will not use your data for any other purpose, and we never sell it to third parties.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data on the basis of your consent (the checkbox in the form). Once your enquiry is closed we keep it for at most 1 month and then delete it.

Storage and sharing

The website itself does not store form data: submissions reach us by email or through a form service and are only accessible to the staff handling them.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and ad measurement

We use Google Ads to measure how well our ads work (for example, how many enquiries come from an ad). Advertising cookies are only set after you click “Accept”; if you decline, the site works as normal. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
